SHANNON offers a complimentary 2 year limited warranty on all fine jewelry accessories. This warranty includes any quality issues that arise from a defect in our craftsmanship or manufacturing. This includes loose or missing diamonds, broken/cracked clasps, chain or shank, and loose or broken prongs. Resizes are not included.

What if I order the wrong size?
At SHANNON we offer free resizing within the first 60 days of receiving your ring. If you need to resize your ring, we will send you a complimentary shipping label, resize the ring, and ship it back to you.
Can I return a pre-designed ring?
Because every SHANNON ring is custom made-to-order, we don't offer returns or exchanges.
If your ring doesn't fit, we offer free re-sizing within the first 60 days.
We also provide a complimentary lifetime warranty as well as an optional care plan.
