Take peace of mind knowing that your custom ring purchase from SHANNON includes a complimentary lifetime warranty guaranteeing the high quality of your engagement ring or wedding band. This warranty covers any costs incurred due to defects in the craftsmanship or materials of the ring. Please note that this warranty does not cover required repairs resulting from everyday wear and tear (i.e. re-tipping, re-shanking, resizing etc.)

As you wear your ring throughout the years, natural wearing down occurs to the metal of your ring, which can leave your gemstones vulnerable. We recommend getting your ring cleaned and inspected every 6 months to catch and fix any issues early on. As part of your warranty, we will gladly clean and inspect your ring every 6 months for free. Should you move away, we recommend safely shipping your ring to us via FedEx, or getting it serviced by a member of the American Gemological Society. This warranty does not cover the work of a goldsmith outside of SHANNON.

Once work becomes necessary on your ring, you can bring it to us in person or mail it to us in an insured package. As stated above, if the work necessary is due to defects in our craftsmanship or materials, we will complete the work free of charge. Otherwise, any necessary repairs will be completed at regular price. Buyers exclusive claim of warranty shall be replacement, repair, or credit at SHANNON.
