This includes loose or missing diamonds, broken/cracked clasps, chain or shank, and loose or broken prongs. Resizes are not included.

At SHANNON we offer free resizing within the first 60 days of receiving your ring. If you need to resize your ring, we will send you a complimentary shipping label, resize the ring, and ship it back to you.
Can I return a pre-designed ring?
Because every SHANNON ring is custom made-to-order, we don't offer returns or exchanges.
If your ring doesn't fit, we offer free re-sizing within the first 60 days.
We also provide a complimentary lifetime warranty as well as an optional care plan.
